Technogym Village: Welcome to the world’s first Wellness Campus
Technogym Village, where inspiration, life and work are one.
The Technogym Village has been developed as a hotbed of ideas, where innovation, information and scientific research can be shared. It is the world’s first Wellness Campus and acts as a global reference point for the sector and for the promotion of the Wellness Lifestyle. This is where innovation comes to life each and every day, inspired by the building’s natural light, shapes and materials, principally glass, wood and steel, according to eco-sustainable principles to create an excellent working environment.
The Technogym Village, designed by Italian firm Antonio Citterio - Patricia Viel & Partners and inaugurated in 2012, consists of three principal hubs, all artfully crafted from glass, wood, and aluminum: a 40,000-square-metre factory, a 14,000-square-metre office space on four floors, and a Wellness Centre with a 2,700-square-metre gym and SPA.
“To stay in tune with the concept of wellness, the headquarters is organized as a horizontal complex, extending into the landscape,” Citterio points out. “We’ve designed a place that looks more like a college campus than an institutional area.”
